Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Crawlint ("https://crawlint.dev"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Crawlint provides website SEO auditing, page change tracking, keyword rank monitoring, and AI visibility analysis. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to crawl sites you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell access to the service without authorization

Intellectual property

The Crawlint service, including its interface, design, and documentation, is owned by us. The open-source analysis engine is licensed under Apache-2.0. Content you provide (site URLs, configuration) remains yours.

Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Payment and billing

• The free tier is free forever with no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via email to paid plan users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
